Moonlit Dance is an atmospheric original seascape in which cool blue light moves across the water beneath a vast, expressive sky. A narrow band of warmth rests along the horizon, softly illuminating the shoreline and drawing the eye into the distance.

Working in layered oil and mixed media, Amy builds the sky with sweeping movement and richly textured marks. Deep indigo and slate-blue tones are lifted by soft silver, coral and peach, creating drama without losing the painting’s sense of stillness.

The contrast between gathering cloud, glowing horizon and reflective sea gives Moonlit Dance a quiet, dreamlike energy. Framed in soft white, it brings depth, colour and a strong sense of the coast to a contemporary interior.
