Deep Shoal of Sardines is a striking 3D glass artwork by award-winning British glass artist Danni Bradford. Created using the ancient technique of Verre Églomisé – the reverse gilding and painting of glass – this piece captures the shimmering beauty and dynamic motion of a sardine shoal as it appears to move and cast shadows through layered glass.

Danni’s work is known for its vibrant colours, intricate detail, and how it transforms with changing light. Each handcrafted piece reflects her deep love of marine life, British wildlife, and the natural world, and is produced in her North Devon coastal studio.
